At The Merz, we want to make sure that you are 100% happy with your purchase. As many of these pieces are true vintage, you can expect some subtle signs of wear, which will be outlined in the product descriptions so you will be in full knowledge when you purchase the product.
Plus, these items are more likely to be more delicate when wearing, so please take this into consideration as to how you treat the piece.
We do offer free 7 day returns from the day you receive your item with a full refund. That being said you can return your item up to 14 days after you receive your item.
To request a refund, please email info@themerz.co.uk and please detail your reasoning for the refund.
You will not receive a refund if the item has any signs of further wear or damage.
